Draft beta terms for pre-release review. They are not yet in effect and do not authorize public beta launch, external publication, or legal reliance.

Beta access
Beta access is expected to be limited, revocable, and subject to product changes while ReloadTMS is still being tested.
- Features may change, be unavailable, or be removed as the product is prepared for external beta.
- Users should keep their own copies of rate confirmations, settlements, statements, invoices, reports, and exports.
- Support expectations remain draft and email-first until Todd confirms the public support address and process.
- Beta feedback and verified-bug reward wording still needs final review before it can bind either side.
User review during beta
- AI-assisted extraction, categorization, reporting, and draft invoice output must be reviewed by the user before outside use.
- Beta users should not treat draft reports, draft calculations, or suggested categories as professional advice.
- Any bank, Google, email, billing, or provider-connected feature may remain disabled until its separate gate is approved.
- Todd/legal must still define the final data deletion, export, retention, and account-close behavior for beta users.
Open items before this can take effect
- Final beta eligibility, access-code, invite, and tester-removal language.
- Final bug reward terms, tax handling, abuse prevention, and dispute process.
- Final emergency security or support contact language.
- Final acceptance bundle and reacceptance policy for changed terms.
