Terms draft

Terms of Service

Draft terms for the ReloadTMS public review surface. These terms are not in effect and still need final product, entity, billing, support, and legal review before publication.

DRAFT — under review, not yet in effect

This page is draft public copy for Todd/legal review only. It is not legal advice, not an approved policy, not a provider submission, and not authorization to publish or deploy.

What the service does

ReloadTMS is draft software for owner-operators and small fleets to organize trucking records, review work, and prepare business outputs from their own documents and account data.

  • Users remain responsible for reviewing exports, reports, invoices, classifications, and any AI-assisted suggestions before relying on them.
  • The service does not move money, make legal or tax decisions, submit filings, or replace a CPA, attorney, dispatcher, broker, carrier, or lender.
  • Connected integrations, if enabled, are user-authorized and may be limited, paused, or removed during beta.
  • The public site is early-interest and review copy only; it does not create an account or start a paid subscription.

Account and acceptable-use boundaries

  • A user should provide accurate account and company information and keep their own source records.
  • A user should not upload secrets, unrelated personal data, illegal content, or data they are not authorized to process.
  • A user should review broker, customer, driver, invoice, and tax-related outputs before sending or filing anything outside the app.
  • Todd/legal must still decide final suspension, termination, dispute, notice, and account-closure language.

Open items before this can take effect

  • Final legal entity, public domain, support contact, and effective date.
  • Final paid-plan terms, refund/cancel language, taxes, failed-payment handling, and customer portal behavior.
  • Final liability, warranty, indemnity, dispute, arbitration, governing-law, and notice language.
  • Final reacceptance policy when legal document versions change after beta signup.
