Data covered by the draft

  • Account, company, organization, role, session, invite, and beta signup data.
  • Trucking business records such as customers, loads, invoices, documents, reports, settlements, statements, transaction categories, and support records.
  • Integration data only when a user connects or authorizes a provider-supported workflow.
  • Security and operational metadata such as request IDs, hashed request labels, timestamps, route names, and audit events.

Draft use boundary

The product draft uses data to provide the app, maintain security, support users, troubleshoot defects, improve user-facing workflows, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations that Todd/legal later confirms.

  • AI providers may be used only for enabled extraction, classification, suggestion, or review features and must stay behind human confirmation where the product requires it.
  • Provider and support access must be limited to the work needed to operate the product, maintain security, or respond to user requests.
  • Retention, deletion, export, and backup behavior must match the implemented controls before this page can be published.
  • The policy must identify active subprocessors and optional providers after Todd confirms the live provider list.

Open items before this can take effect

  • Final legal entity, public domain, contact address, and state-law assumptions.
  • Final data category, retention, deletion, export, legal-hold, backup, and account-close language.
  • Final provider, AI, bank-data, billing, email, support, and Google disclosures.
  • Final child-directed, sale/share, ads, analytics, and model-training language.
